1-lb or 5-lbs vacuum sealed foil bags. á We will separate by member. And deliver to one main location for your group.
We suggest you schedule a
two-week selling period. At the end of the sale you tally together all the
order forms and money and call us with your bulk coffee order.

Fundraising Coffee is as fresh as you can purchase. The coffee is roasted
locally and then bagged the same day we ship your order. You will simply love
the flavors.

NO MONEY
UPFRONT - Unlike a direct sale like a candy fundraiser you do not need
to purchase coffee in advance. You pre sell the product using brochures and
order forms that we provide at no charge. You order your pre-sell brochures for each participant, take orders, then call in or fax
your final order of needed amounts.

FREE SALES MATERIALS - We provide all of the sales
materials. Free brochures, and order forms for each member of your fundraising
group.

FREE SHIPPING – We will group your materials and
deliver it to one main location at no extra charge to you.

GREAT SELECTION – You will be offering your
customers some of the finest specialty coffee available.
You will make $5 per pound
on every pound you sell. There are no minimums. You sell the coffee for $12 and
you buy it for $7.
At
the end of your sale you should collect all of the order forms and cash from
each member of your group. You will need to tally all of the order forms
together. Some people find it helpful to use a spreadsheet like Excel. You will
also want to add up all the money collected too.
Once
we receive your order we will enter it in our system and send you an invoice.
After reviewing the invoice you can pay by check or money order.
When will you get your fundraising coffee?
We
use a local roaster. After placing the order our roaster attempts to have it
complete within one week. Once he has your coffee roasted and gets it to us, we
package it within 24 hours and arrange delivery to your location. For planning
purposes you should have your coffee within 2 weeks.
Most
households drink coffee. Selling coffee is a unique fundraiser and a welcome
change from the typical fundraisers. You will find that you get a great
reaction from your customers. We
